Macclesfield Canal, Bridge No 22 Between Bollington and Poynton, the Canal runs next to the Middlewood way so makes a great day out for a walk or bike ride. You can walk or cycle from Macclesfield to Marple and capture a timeless route.

The classic view of Glenfinnan, a place very close to my heart as I rowed 7 miles down Loch Shiel to get engaged to Jane on the a little island at sun set.

I love this place, I walk past it every day, who knows one day I might open it as a gallery for local photographers to sell their work !!

One thing I must remember with the X100 is you have only one lens so you have to get up close !!! Real close..
